Joyner Library offers an Educator Library Card to educators in eastern North Carolina. This card is available, free of charge, to K-12 educators in the 36-county region that is currently being served by the College of Education’s Walter and Daisy Carson Latham Clinical Schools Network. Joyner Library’s Colonel Richard M. and Betty Debnam Hunt Teaching Resources Center sponsors a networking summit that provides a variety of roundtable discussions on current topics for K-12 school media personnel. Facilitated by experts in the profession, these sessions also encourage attendees to bring resources to share.
