SOAD’s 17th annual student exhibit on display

The 17th annual School of Art and Design Graduate Student Art Exhibition is open to view in the Janice Hardison Faulkner Gallery on the second floor of the library.

Items will remain displayed during the coming months.  A reception and awards ceremony is planned for Feb. 20.

The participating artists are: William Aley, Katelyn Davis, Paul Edwards, Denton Fae, Heather Fraccalvieri, Sam Gorritz, Austin Irby, Rachael Lowman, Ryan McDowell, Haley McElroy, Tansy O’Bryant, Narges Sedaghat, Ada Smolen Morton, Autumn Standbridge and Savannah Willis.

This annual exhibit features artwork by current graduate students in ECU’s School of Art and Design in the College of Fine Arts and Communication. Works include prints, textile designs, metal, weaving, ceramics, watercolor and more to display in the Faulkner Gallery. One participating student each year wins the Friends of Joyner Library Purchase Award, and more awards will be announced at the Feb. 20 reception.
