Looking back at 2022 Year in Review

As noted by Library Director Jan Lewis in her message in our 2022 Year in Review: There was much to celebrate during the 2021-2022 academic year, including faculty and staff hires, a new sensory space, additional sustainable publishing options for ECU researchers, progress on several diversity and inclusion initiatives, and significant growth in open access materials provided through the library.

We were glad to see a 4.5 ranking by students for overall library services in a graduating senior survey. Also, there was a total of 5,573 attendees to library events, including lectures, exhibits and award celebrations, and 50,000 equipment loans and 963,636 full-text journal articles accessed.
