Eliminating overdue fines for books

As we continue to support affordability and promote the use of our resources and collections, recent changes by ECU libraries included eliminating overdue fines for the late return of most library books and physical media. We are excited to announce this change to benefit our students.

This does not include equipment rentals and reserves items. Books still need to be renewed or returned, because a replacement fee for a book deemed lost is still in effect.
